The Best Way to Start it Up!

 More than ever before, people are ready to jump back into a fitness routine. And that means Fitness Assessments are in order!

Although the pandemic isn't quite over, we have learned to navigate life with safety precautions that allow more freedom to get back to some of the regular activities that were put on hold so abruptly.

We couldn't be more thrilled to see the readiness in our community to jump in. And we're here to help!

Sometimes it takes a solid reason to commit to a start date for your new fitness routine.

You also need to know where you're starting from, because believe us...almost everyone is back to square one. 10-35+ lbs gained, low back and knee issues from all of the sitting, and zapped energy levels from less than perfect diets. 

There might be a little hesitation to know what to do or where to start.

That's why we are offering Complimentary Fitness Assessments to anyone who wants to check in with a trainer. It's our duty to be available to our community and help in the field we're experts in...fitness! We will go over your current health status, see what dreams you have for your fitness and give you an actionable plan after a brief assessment that you can start on immediately.

Fitness Assessments provide valuable information including body stats (Weight, Muscle Mass, Body Fat, BMI, Body Age, and Visceral Fat), postural insufficiencies and muscular imbalances.

We start by asking you about your life, what your day looks like and any unique attributes to your physiology like past injuries or osteoporosis. We go over what you have done in the past for exercise, what you liked and worked for you. What didn't work for you and any preferences for your workout style.

Then we analyze your fitness level with a series of simple and very doable fitness tests including a postural assessment and strength tests.

We put it all together and give you actionable recommendations to help you get to your goals and a realistic time frame in which to achieve them.

Sounds kinda scary, but it's actually quite liberating to have it all out on the table and to know how to improve with an efficient and systematic routine that will give you confidence in the next step you should take to begin your new fitness journey.

Plus, we have zero judgment when it comes to where you "should" be. Now is now, and we move forward from here.

Not taking action is not an option when you're ready to get back in shape. Well, it is an option but one that will literally get you nowhere.
