The Trunk Trainers family has been knocking our πŸ’™YOURπŸ’™ 28 Day Cardio Challenge out of the park! For 28 days we are striving to hit 28 minutes of cardio for National Heart Month in February. Every day of exercise counts toward making your body stronger and more resilient to disease.
