🌸🌱 Ipe Abs Core Challenge 🌳🌸
At Trunk Trainer, we love to train our (tree) trunks! They are the core of our body and having a stable core truly helps us to grow. That is why we are pleased to announce the newest installment to our core challenges, the Ipe Abs Challenge! Although the Ipe flower looks like a cherry blossom, the trunk is known to be hard-as-nails. We've created a fun new ab challenge to embody these attributes.
We’re dedicating this challenge to Kawai, who truly embodied the beauty and strength of the Ipe tree. Her tree is standing tall at the center of our Trunk Trainers forest.
We want to share this challenge with everyone. If you have friends or family who want to join in, simply forward this email, or invite them to “ The Elefits of the New Generation: We Do Elefits Right!” Facebook group and they can participate with everyone. The more, the merrier!
Let us know if you’re in, want extra support, or follow along at home! We can’t wait for this challenge to start on May 4th, and it will continue through June 1st.

We have taken all of our lessons about exercise progression, nutrition planning, recovery techniques and more and put it into a 6 Week Online Course for fitness transformation and creating a healthy lifestyle for good. While it has been hard to enjoy the face to face time in our studio due to the recent restrictions during this pandemic, your team has been working hard to help you bust the excuses once again that keep you from getting or staying in shape. With the huge success of our in house 6 Week Challenge over the past two years, where we have helped hundreds of members lose weight, get off medications, increase energy and get stronger, we knew we had to put the formula to the test in our new online reality.
