They say April showersπŸ’¦ bring May flowers. So at Trunk Trainers the month of April is all about hydration! While it is possible to drink too much water (hypernatremia), for many people getting enough of life's essential element can be tough. Every person is different in how much water we need each day, and depending on your circumstances, each day can vary. Bottom line, try and drink enough so that your urine is clear, but you're not running to the restroom every hour on the hour. It's always a great idea to talk to your doctor or trainer to figure out your best amount, but 64 oz daily is a great target, with an extra 16 oz per each hour of vigorous exercise. For the month of April, try and get 64 oz in daily. When you do, put a sticker on our chart in the gym. We'll see what we can grow come May. You might find you have more energy, are less bloated, your digestion improves and you lose weight. πŸ’§πŸ’§πŸ’§Bottom's up!πŸ’§πŸ’§πŸ’§
