20 Day Hibernation Challenge at Trunk Trainers

For the last 20 days of winter we are focusing on the 3rd Pillar of our Be Elefit Healthy Lifestyle: Rest Until Recovered with our 20 Day Hibernation Challenge. The goal: Get 7.5-9 hours of sleep at night and rest until you feel recovered! You can train for Ironman and eat a perfect diet, but without down time your results will be limited and over training and burn out can derail your progress. While exactly how much recovery time you need varies, most human beings need between 7 and 9 hours of rest at night, as well as techniques to lower stress levels throughout the day. Join us for the next 20 days to develop a recovery plan that will leave you energized, refreshed, and ready to tackle your next big goal.

So...try and get 7.5-9 hours of sleep tonight! We'll be giving you tips along the way to guide you. It isn't always as easy as it seems. You might miss your bedtime, you might fall asleep but not stay asleep, you might have children or animals that wake you up...we'll work on all of these factors and more to help you get the rest you need.
