This Month in Motion

We have a lot in store for you this month. Our workouts will be centered around flowers, mothers and heros as we celebrate May day, Mother's Day, Holocaust Remembrance Day and Memorial Day.

We can't wait for our special Mother's Day series beginning May 8th and concluding on Mother's Day. 

We're building our Annual Workout Calendar, with 12-15 workouts per month themed to the time of the year. Our hope is to inspire fun, creative workouts designed for beginners to the advanced that are safe and effective for the whole family!

We release three workouts per week, so be sure to subscribe to our YouTube Channel Trunk Trainers: Be Elefit so you never miss a workout! Otherwise, we won't be doing it again until next year!!

Treehouse News

Our new virtual community, the Trunk Trainers Treehouse is buzzing with activity, with not one but two very special ways to be held accountable to your workouts.

Our Six Week Surge for Summer is well underway and is designed to help you build an exercise habit with daily fitness fundamentals. We have a point system in place, and are working in teams to get a warm up, deep core exercises, and stretching in daily, as well as three days per week of both cardio and strength training.

And so far everyone is rocking it!! The points are being posted in the Treehouse daily and everyone is doing an amazing job. The Surge started April 20th and will end of May 31st, so if you want in there's still time! You can join us up until the end of the challenge and still earn some points of your own. She has amazing insight on the chemistry behind sugar addiction and what we can do about it.
